The project started with a discovery meeting and involved refining the script, storyboarding, sourcing and recording voiceover talent, and creating the final media in different resolutions. The client lauded the communication and feedback process, particularly highlighting their direct work with creative director Robbie C.

The company also worked with a call center outsourcing company for a unique video production project. The aim was to increase brand awareness through a puppet musical. Popart Films handled the entire production process, including scriptwriting, coordinating with actors, and video audio mixing. The video was used across the company's website and social media platforms. The project, costing around $50,000, took place from February to April 2019, and the founder of Popart Films was the main point of contact.

Popart Films also provided branding services for a global customer experience BPO. The SVP of Global Learning & Development sought Popart Films's expertise to design a brand logo for a group outing. The client provided initial concept visuals and key requirements, to which Popart Films responded with clarifying questions, followed by a draft brand and logo. The first draft required only one minor revision, which was efficiently executed within a day. The client worked directly with the head of Popart Films, Robbie, praising his creative design genius.
