Polymorph was hired by Open Learning Technology (OLTech) to develop a concept design to upgrade and realign eVision, a student administration system. The project involved a six-week process where Polymorph's UX team conducted user research, interviewed individuals and tested how they interacted with the existing eVision platform. They determined what worked and what were the key frustrations, gaining a thorough understanding of the underserved needs of the target users. Polymorph also conducted an independent review of the market opportunity and considered various aspects around UX and the underlying technologies that could be rapidly deployed. The entire Polymorph team including UX specialists, business analysts, software developers, and a product manager worked on this project.
STBB, a South African law firm, engaged Polymorph to develop a mobile app that offers a streamlined, online platform for property transactions and a secure repository for storage and use of legal and compliance documentation. Polymorph was involved in every step of the development process from strategy and concept design to software/app development and design. They conducted thorough market research to strike a balance between enhancing the performance of estate agents and meeting client requirements. The app was launched into the market and received well, with a significant advantage to STBB from the first release being high brand visibility and superb user experience. The entire Polymorph team including UX specialists, business analysts, software developers, and a product manager worked on this project.
SVYP, a gamified platform designed to capture real-time consumer opinions, hired Polymorph for the discovery of a web-based platform development. The scope of work involved refining SVYP's concept to focus on the core functionalities and value propositions of their tool to create the most necessary functions of the POC/MVP stage. This phase involved deep ideation and refinement in order to identify the key deliverables needed for the subsequent proposal. 2-5 employees from Polymorph were assigned to this project.
