Polygon Technology Limited was hired by Shikkha.xyz, an e-learning company focused on skill development courses, to support the development of their platform. The primary objectives were to assess the feasibility of continuing an existing project, provide strategic guidance, and help build a customised Learning Management System (LMS) solution from scratch. The team from Polygon, consisting of 2-5 employees, was chosen for their proximity, cultural fit, and aligned company values. The key deliverables included taking over the existing project from the previous tech partner, outlining a comprehensive plan for a customised, scalable solution, offering strategic guidance, designing the UI/UX of the project, and providing experienced resources to help build the team at Shikkha.xyz. The project was referred to Polygon due to their reputation and the results were successful.
