As the General Manager of marketing at Mortgage Choice noted, their old website had a poor user experience and was not reflective of the company's new brand image. Moreover, the website had issues with conversions and lacked effective lead generation journeys. Pollen was chosen for their industry knowledge, best-in-class design, and effective methodology. The project was executed using two-week sprints, covering research, design, and front-end development stages. The process involved close collaboration between the Pollen team, consisting of six members, and Mortgage Choice's back IT and web development teams, which included four internal staff.
