Polcode helped R U Coding Me, a data, AI, and automation services firm, develop a cold lead generation system for a large client. The project involved validating an existing automation prototype and migrating it onto an AWS ecosystem for cost efficiency, predictable development lifecycle maintenance, and better compliance management. Polcode's Ula and Joanna managed everything from the client Kanban to the CI/CD pipeline, developing Docker containers that integrated flawlessly with the client systems. They handled multiple feature requests efficiently, and the main deliverable was a lead generation ecosystem that integrated with third-party data providers, the client's CRM, and a lead nurturing program.

In another project, Polcode assisted a Norwegian accounting company with their transition from an on-site server to a cloud solution. The company had issues with their previous infrastructure team and needed help migrating to AWS. Polcode conducted due diligence on the current setup, moved the databases and hosting from the physical server to the AWS cloud solution, and provided a report on the current setup, risks, improvements, and a cost estimate. The actual migration took place in April 2025. Currently, Polcode provides ongoing maintenance of the company's infrastructure and development needs.

Polcode was also hired by RankingMojo, a digital marketing and website design services company, to complete the functionality for a Laravel app. The project involved Laravel development of an SEO rank tracker with the integration of an API for keyword research, rankings, and backlink analysis. Additionally, Polcode integrated Stripe to enable the platform to sell services. The company chose Polcode for their high ratings and budget-friendly pricing.
