Polar Notion

Polar Notion worked with Tenrocket, a company that builds web and mobile applications for startups. The development firm was tasked with developing several applications for Tenrocket's clients, as well as building Tenrocket's own website. The site was built using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, basic HTML, and CSS. It features an administrative dashboard for managing clients, Stripe payment functionalities, and a built-in bank authentication service called Plaid. The project was completed within 15 days and was deemed a success.

Polar Notion partnered with a Christian nonprofit that provides resources for individuals and groups to use around the revised common lectionary. The nonprofit faced a unique challenge: they needed to present daily readings that were based on the liturgical calendar, which changes frequently. Polar Notion successfully developed a website that automatically updates the daily readings at 2 AM East Coast time. The firm also designed a logo and offered a subscription service for users. The project was completed within five months and the client expressed satisfaction with the results.

Polar Notion collaborated with Growing Leaders, a nonprofit focused on youth and young adult leadership development. The organization needed a digital solution to deliver its curriculum to a growing number of schools and teachers. Polar Notion developed a web application that allows facilitators and teachers to access resources digitally. The platform, which includes 12 different books of curriculum, is now used by several hundred organizations and thousands of facilitators worldwide. The project was completed within two months and the client praised Polar Notion for their expertise and capability.
