Polar Bear Commerce provided additional development resources, including stripping down and rebuilding the website from scratch, with custom components shared across the site. They also assisted with a custom PHP development project for a booking platform for the same customer. Polar Bear Commerce continues to provide ongoing site and platform maintenance. The client has invested approximately $40,000–$53,000 USD in this ongoing partnership that began in August 2021.

For an e-commerce business dealing with used mobile phones, tablets and accessories, Polar Bear Commerce revamped their outdated Shopify web store. The goal was to upgrade the store both technically and design-wise, and to build functionality into the theme while removing unnecessary apps. The project was managed through Click-Up for task management, Slack and Google docs. Despite external pressures, the team remained responsive and focused on the tasks at hand.
