Plan A

Plan A undertook a staff augmentation project for Denizen, a mobile app development company. Denizen, which specializes in creating a marketplace for unused offices and spaces, selected Plan A to hire their first React Native developers. Plan A successfully provided two adept developers who seamlessly integrated into Denizen's existing team and contributed to the delivery of their MVP. The recruitment process was smooth, with the CEO of Plan A actively involved. The collaboration between the two companies was smooth and the developers proved to be a good fit for the project and team.

Plan A was entrusted with the design and development of a website and mobile app for a meme startup. The startup, which aimed to create an innovative platform for jokes and memes, selected Plan A on the basis of prior successful collaborations. The project, which ran from November 2020 to June 2021, involved a team of 4-5 people, including a designer, one frontend and one backend developer, and a project manager. The website and app, developed from scratch, were based on Laravel PHP and featured crowdsourced content. The project was completed within the budget of €45,000, and the startup was satisfied with the quality and communication.

Plan A undertook a staff augmentation project for Regate, a financial management platform. Regate, which was facing challenges in scaling up their team, turned to Plan A for assistance. Plan A provided 12 resources, including front- and backend developers, QA engineers, Level 2 support people, and a product marketing manager to augment Regate's team. The collaboration, which started in July 2021, has been successful, with the recruitment process managed efficiently by Plan A's recruitment manager. Regate has invested a bit less than $1 million in this ongoing partnership.
