Highlights from Recent Projects
Pixetic was contracted by a data analytics platform to design a scalable internal tool for processing client data. The company, which supports some of the largest events in the US, had data scattered across different platforms. Pixetic developed a web platform that allowed the in-house team to clean, structure, and analyze client data more efficiently. The solution was based on a Microsoft stack, including Azure, Microsoft Data Factory, and SQL. The project began in August 2017 and has been paused due to the coronavirus pandemic. The company invested over $200,000 in the project.
An InsurTech startup hired Pixetic for UX/UI design, mobile app development, and web app development. The goal was to design and develop mobile and web telematics streaming applications. Pixetic designed, developed, and implemented a mobile and web-based telematic analytics app. The team consisted of one UX/UI designer, one frontend developer, and one part-time project manager. The project was recommended by ex-colleagues of the startup.
A small healthcare information technology company employed Pixetic to create the UI/UX for a new healthcare IT application with a mobile front-end. The goal was to create a user-friendly experience that would promote behavior change by providing easy-to-understand data and feedback to users in real-time. Pixetic designed each mobile screen and workflow for three types of users on the application. The scope of the project included five feature sets, two different sets of dashboards, and a small messaging and notifications section within the app. The Pixetic team consisted of a QA lead, a project manager, and a UI/UX senior designer.
