Pine Design Kft. was hired by a European events company aiming to build a community around their brand through an online platform. The team at Pine Design facilitated a discovery workshop, conducted extensive UX research, and assisted in creating specifications for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the platform. They also helped in mapping the competition and developing a comprehensive understanding of the required functionality. The client appreciated Pine Design's dedicated team of UX researchers, project manager and UX designer, and their ability to understand and adjust to the project's needs.

In a separate project, Pine Design Kft. was contracted by a Greek company providing shared office space and business services to create their brand and develop a website from scratch. Pine Design not only delivered a high-quality, bespoke design but also contributed significantly to market research, business model formulation, and digital strategy. The client was pleased with the price and the team composition, which included a design consultant, UX designer, UI designer and a graphic designer.

Another project saw Pine Design Kft. conducting research for a Hungarian property management company considering the development of a digital product. The research aimed to uncover insights about potential users and their needs, and validate the core functionalities and additional features of the product. Post-research, Pine Design created an MVP concept and product roadmap. The client appreciated Pine Design's systematic approach, including a kick-off meeting, presentation of a research plan, discussion of results and findings, and facilitation of a co-creation workshop. The team, which consisted of two UX researchers and a senior design consultant, was extended by a UX analyst for the workshop.
