Piilo assisted in determining, setting, and evaluating the strategy, translating the strategy into executable tasks, creating a communication plan, and managing change across all stakeholders. The collaboration was deemed successful as it met the set objectives, and the communication between the teams was efficient through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

In another project, Piilo Consulting was engaged by Engen Petroleum Ltd, a downstream oil and gas company, to revitalize communication, introduce a change management function across the enterprise, and oversee the implementation and management of change management. The team of 6-10 employees from Piilo was selected due to their high ratings, proximity, cultural fit, and good value for cost. Piilo's scope of work involved improving visibility and communication of project performance, providing training and guidance to the change management function, developing metrics for performance, and designing a corporate change management function. The project was successful, with the client appreciating Piilo's efforts in improving communication and visibility of IT performance across various business functions.
