Phoenix Consultancy LLC worked with a multinational IT services company to establish a Website Factory and subsequently lead the enhancement of a technology solution known as the White Label Solution. Phoenix Consultancy LLC was chosen based on strict qualification criteria centered around excellence and delivery quality. The project saw the Website Factory evolve into a full-scale managed services model, with the White Label Solution at its core, enabling standardization, scale, and speed to market. The successful enhancement of the White Label Solution led to increased throughput of the Website Factory and mass production. The Chief Delivery Office of Phoenix Consultancy was personally involved in this project, showcasing a commitment towards building a true partnership model.

Phoenix Consultancy LLC also partnered with a Belgrade-based technology company, KnowIT, to develop an online travel management platform. The platform was designed to help young entrepreneurs manage group travels, from booking to scheduling and collecting payments. The product team from Phoenix Consultancy comprised a Product Manager, Project Manager, two developers, and a QA engineer. The company was chosen due to previous experience in developing travel and booking platforms.

Phoenix Consultancy LLC was hired by fintech startup Liafi to assist with document digitization and management. The company was found via an online search and was chosen for its superior delivery above other vendors. The consultancy provided extraordinarily detailed documentation, including the assembly of disparate digital services, development of an audit trail, and daily documentation to meet budgets and timelines. The project involved 2-5 employees from Phoenix Consultancy.
