Perspektiva 360

Perspektiva 360 was hired by Constructora Bolívar, a real estate development company, to improve their digital strategy. The company aimed to enhance the customer experience, facilitate the sales process, and differentiate their offerings from competitors. Perspektiva 360's team of 6-10 employees delivered a notable increase in website traffic and virtual tour participation, providing valuable data on visitor behavior. This data was used to improve the presentation of their virtual tours. The project resulted in the successful sale of the Hacienda San José project and 127 Link in just 40 days, thanks to the implementation of augmented and virtual reality.

In another project, Constructora Bolívar sought the expertise of Perspektiva 360 for photography and virtual tour development. The goal was to expand their reach, spearhead innovative initiatives, and ensure top-quality multimedia productions. Perspektiva 360's team delivered meticulously refined work, consistently exceeding high standards. They were proactive, often going beyond initial requirements, and provided extensive client support. Their commitment to precision, surpassing expectations, and client satisfaction was evident throughout the project.

Universidad El Bosque, a higher education institution, engaged Perspektiva 360 to develop a web and AR/VR experience. The aim was to boost enrollments by providing an immersive virtual experience, given the inability to visit the campus during the pandemic. The project involved capturing 360-degree video and photography of two key university locations. A web application was developed, followed by a virtual reality experience incorporating a gamification component to engage students. The project was successful and demonstrated Perspektiva 360's ability to deliver high-quality work.
