Perficient, under its former brand BrainJocks, was hired by a global information management firm, Recall, to salvage their Sitecore implementation. The company was struggling with their existing website, which lacked a consistent look and feel across the 23 countries and 17 languages it operated in. Perficient performed an audit of the existing work and found that 80% of it had to be dismantled and rebuilt from the ground up. Despite the stress and stringent deadlines, Perficient managed to complete the project in early 2011, costing over $1 million.
Perficient was also chosen by a healthcare consultancy to create a new portal for enabling communications and collaborations with their consulting clients. The company needed a technology partner to design and deploy the portal. Perficient provided Sitecore modelling, UX/UI design, custom development, deployment, testing, requirements, and supply testing. They acted as the development arm of the initiative, conforming to the company's standards and technical requirements. The project, which started with Perficient already selected as the Sitecore partner, was completed in May 2013.
