PerceptionBox

PerceptionBox was hired by an IT consulting company to redesign and add new functionalities to a legacy solution. The company had backend resources and sought assistance with the frontend part. PerceptionBox was chosen due to their candidates' extensive expertise and proactive approach. The team used React, TypeScript, and Material-UI for the redesign and development of the main user interface, user profile, and admin panel. The final product had improved performance and enhanced user experience. Two senior JS developers from PerceptionBox worked on this project, and they presented results every two weeks for evaluation and feedback.

In another project, PerceptionBox provided HR services to Lacero, a security as a service solutions company. They helped the company scale up its team by managing the recruitment process. This included finding candidates, managing conversations and engagements, arranging interviews, and handling documentation. PerceptionBox also provided office space and equipment for some of the hired resources and assisted with payroll. Over the course of the engagement, Lacero hired a QA engineer, backend engineers, a full stack engineer, and a blockchain engineer through PerceptionBox. The engagement, which cost over $380,000, lasted from July 2019 to May 2022.

PerceptionBox also helped Synapse Team, a bespoke software creation and IT team enhancement company, hire three Senior Full-Stack Engineers in Europe. PerceptionBox built a recruitment strategy, sourced and pre-selected candidates, and provided consulting on legal and administrative matters. The company was chosen for its great culture fit and good value for cost. PerceptionBox was able to recruit rare talents within a month and provided a talent market overview, including information on salaries, additional perks, and legal matters. Every week, they provided 7-8 pre-selected candidates for technical interviews, saving Synapse Team a lot of time.
