Peppernode

Peppernode was hired by UppLabs, a software development company, to augment their team with two ReactJS frontend developers, speed up the development of their platform's UI, and improve the overall UX. Peppernode was chosen for their reasonable pricing, cultural fit, and value for cost. They worked closely with the UppLabs team to develop and enhance the frontend, implement new features, ensure device and browser compatibility, and conduct thorough testing. The key deliverables from this project included updated UI components, improved user experience, and the successful integration of new features into the platform.

A startup focusing on dine-in mobile ordering and payments SaaS for restaurants hired Peppernode to build out a full-stack application. Selected from nearly 30 responses to an RFP on UpWork, Peppernode was chosen for their impressive past work, understanding of the startup's requirements, and good value for money. They built a Django-based web application from scratch, re-writing existing front-end components for a smoother final result. Key deliverables included a mobile-optimized ordering and payments web app, a desktop/tablet-optimized restaurant dashboard web app, and features like a QR code generator, live order summary, menu builder, and Stripe Connect integration.

Peppernode was engaged by a procurement and vendor management software company to prototype the product and add new features. They were selected due to their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, good value for cost and aligned company values. The scope of work included a redesign and redevelopment of the existing platform, updating the architecture, and adding new features. Later, due to evolving business needs, Peppernode did a complete rewrite of the platform, making it much faster and scalable.
