Peopledesign was contracted by a third-generation aluminum manufacturer to refine their marketing strategy and branding. The manufacturer, serving various industries such as building and construction, healthcare, and food service, sought out Peopledesign for their understanding of their business and impressive track record. Peopledesign undertook a discovery process to gain a deeper understanding of the manufacturer's business, culture, and customers, which led to the identification of the best marketing opportunities. A plan of action was then developed and executed, with the manufacturer working closely with the entire Peopledesign team throughout the process.

The associate VP for institutional marketing at Grand Valley State University engaged Peopledesign to provide branding for their president's initiative, REP4. The initiative is a national network of colleges and universities that aims to empower learners to design solutions for systems that present barriers to equity. Peopledesign was tasked with exploring names for the initiative and providing the branding identity, initial expression, and a brand guide for REP4. The engagement began in December 2020 and concluded in April 2021, with Peopledesign delivering a brand guide complete with a logo package, architecture, color palette, fonts, copy, and examples of usage.

Wilsonart, a world-leading design manufacturer for engineered surfaces, hired Peopledesign to help with their positioning and communication. The Texas-based company, with a large footprint in the residential and commercial construction industry, was expanding its brand portfolio and launching new products. Peopledesign was engaged to simplify their story and articulate their value proposition to the market. The engagement, which ran from February 2017 to December 2018, saw Peopledesign improving Wilsonart's customer experience planning, creating brochures and print ads, providing surface photography, and creating an initial landing page for their website. Peopledesign also helped Wilsonart understand their buyer's customer experience across different markets.
