Pentagrama Estudio de Diseño

Pentagrama Estudio de Diseño was hired by the creative director of Publicis Group, a local advertising agency, to design a functional home on an irregularly shaped lot. The team of three architects used Lumion and V-Ray to create a 3D rendering of the home, which was highly appreciated for its realistic quality. The project, which started in 2016, is currently under construction and has so far cost an estimated $12,500. The client expressed satisfaction with Pentagrama Estudio de Diseño's approach, attention to detail, and engagement from the onset.

The design firm was also contracted by an artist and community organizer to renovate and manage the construction of a city apartment that had been uninhabited for 13 years. Despite the client living five hours away, Pentagrama Estudio de Diseño was able to effectively manage the project through frequent updates and the use of architectural tools and programs for rendering. The project, which began in April 2018, is currently in its final phase. The client praised the firm's communication and ability to incorporate new ideas into the design.

In addition, Pentagrama Estudio de Diseño was engaged by the executive chef of Donde José and Fonda Lo Que Hay, two renowned restaurants in Panama City, to translate their vision into reality. The firm was involved in everything from architectural design to project management. They remodeled one of the restaurants twice, adapting the existing structure to accommodate all requests and providing various design options. The team of five architects was consistently aware of the project details, with three of them focused on the project all the time. The client, who has been working with the firm since June 2014, expressed admiration for their professionalism, growth, and harmony as a team.
