PengYi Labs was hired by a luxury travel tech company to overhaul the UX/UI of their client-facing travel apps. The project goals were to build a brand book, update client-facing apps, increase conversion through the sales funnel, and increase revenue. PengYi Labs was chosen for their impressive portfolio and understanding of the company's concept. The team at PengYi Labs worked with the project owner, a project manager, and a head developer from the travel tech company to simplify and unify the design under one brand book. An event management software company engaged PengYi Labs for UI/UX design services. The company provided high-level descriptions of what they were trying to build and PengYi Labs created UI mockups and wireframes in Figma. The prototypes were used to gather customer feedback to guide the overall roadmap. Two senior UI designers from PengYi Labs worked on the project which ran from November 2020 to February 2021.
