This included setting up change management rules, engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders for business continuity, and preparing the ground for the future success of the procurement organization. The company was found through a referral and was selected for their high ratings, proximity, and good value for cost. The team size was one employee. The results were successful, with the crisis management project ensuring business continuity and laying the groundwork for future success.

The second project involved the development of a supplier program for a Make vs. Buy decision. PeersGroup Turkey engaged selected suppliers to build the program charter and key deliverables, while also updating stakeholders on program development and associated requirements/risks to deliver on time.
