PeersGroup Turkey

PeersGroup Turkey was hired by Franke, a market leader in home appliances, to manage a crisis and develop suppliers. The crises involved managing a local procurement organization change. This required the establishment of change management rules and procedures. PeersGroup engaged with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity and lay the groundwork for the future success of the procurement organization. The project was a success, with PeersGroup Turkey showing high competence in crisis management.

In addition to crisis management, PeersGroup Turkey was also tasked with developing a supplier program for a make vs. buy decision. The firm engaged with selected suppliers to build the program charter and key deliverables. They also kept stakeholders updated on program development and the associated requirements and risks to deliver on time. The results of this project were highly satisfactory, demonstrating PeersGroup Turkey's ability to effectively manage supplier development.
