Peak Demand undertook an AI receptionist implementation project for Creekside Health's medical clinic. A team of 2-5 employees skillfully constructed a voice AI receptionist, which was smoothly integrated with TELUS Collaborative Health Record, a complex API ecosystem. This custom-built solution required comprehensive integrations, rigorous testing and careful attention to the clinic’s scheduling logic and referral booking workflows.

The clinic was well satisfied with the AI receptionist implementation. Peak Demand's unique approach of a custom implementation rather than an off-the-shelf deployment was praised as excellent.
