PCX IT was hired by Dr. Elnora Inandan Medicine Professional Corporation, a family doctor's clinic, to install a new fax system for EMR, a business phone system, and a new internet service. The clinic found PCX IT through a referral and chose them for their good value. A team of 2-5 employees from PCX IT was assigned to this project. The team successfully navigated the new requirements for the clinic's system, transitioning them smoothly to an eFax system as required by their EMR system. They also set up a business phone system with more lines to prevent missed calls and provided a superior internet plan. The clinic saved a significant amount of money by switching from Bell to PCX IT's services.
