Patchboard was hired by the owner of two summer collegiate baseball teams to provide digital marketing consulting after their VP of Marketing resigned. The junior marketing team lacked experience in digital advertising and marketing strategy, and they needed a consultant who understood ticket sales. Patchboard, with its well-known digital executives in the sports industry, was selected for the project. The company provided weekly coaching sessions to the team on how to maximize the number of leads generated in a cost-effective manner and ensure a strong ROI for ad dollars spent. Ian, one of the top executives, was the main resource from Patchboard working on this project.

The ECHL, a 'AA' Professional Hockey Developmental League, hired Patchboard for digital marketing consulting to help build "playbooks" and strategies to generate leads and track conversion to their events via web and social platforms for 28 professional hockey clubs. Patchboard was chosen for its significant experience in creating websites and utilizing social channels to drive marketing for event-based businesses. They built a 4-session digital series and associated materials to educate clubs around North America on how to optimize their marketing strategy and track conversions. Ian, the co-founder of Patchboard, was the main resource working on this project.

Patchboard was hired by the COO of Further Concepts and Investors, a company that organizes a Country Music Festival in Southern Ohio, to handle social media marketing, SEO, and PPC. The company aimed to bring awareness to the event, sell tickets, and stay on budget. Patchboard was selected over others due to a great cultural fit and was found through a referral. A team of 2-5 employees from Patchboard, led by Ian, worked on the project. They were responsible for writing the social media ad plan for the first year of the VOA CMF.
