Patchboard was hired by ECHL, a 'AA" Professional Hockey - Developmental League, to build "playbooks" and strategies to generate leads and track conversions for their events on the web and social media for their 28 professional hockey clubs. The company leveraged its significant experience in creating websites and utilizing social channels to serve as key drivers in the marketing funnel for event-based businesses. They developed a 4-session digital series and associated materials to educate clubs around North America on how to optimize their marketing strategy and track conversions. The project was led by Ian, the Co-Founder of Patchboard.

The owner of two summer collegiate baseball teams in the Coastal Plain League engaged Patchboard for digital marketing consulting after their VP of Marketing resigned three months before the season started. The junior marketing team needed guidance in digital advertising and marketing strategy. Patchboard, known for its digital executives with experience in selling tickets in the sports industry, provided weekly consultations to walk through the team's strategy and planning. They coached the staff on how to maximize lead generation in a cost-effective manner and achieve a strong ROI for ad dollars spent. The project was managed by Ian, a top executive at Patchboard.

Further Concepts and Investors, the organizers of a Country Music Festival in Southern Ohio, hired Patchboard to bring awareness to their event, sell tickets, and stay on budget. Patchboard was selected for the project due to its great culture fit. Ian and his team were responsible for writing the social media ad plan for the first year of the VOA CMF. The project was handled by 2-5 employees from Patchboard.
