Patch Agency was hired by Blackbird Signs, a small family-owned sign manufacturing business, to revamp their social media presence and build their brand recognition. The director and office manager of Blackbird Signs chose Patch Agency after a thorough search for local agencies, favoring their comprehensive knowledge of digital media. The project began with an initial consultation with Josh from Patch Agency, followed by a detailed meeting with team members, Will and Chelsea, to discuss the company's goals and strategies for enhancing their social media presence. The majority of the project was handled by Will. The project was successful in giving Blackbird Signs a fresh new look on social media and helped in building their brand recognition. The feedback from Blackbird Signs was positive, appreciating Patch Agency's expertise and local presence.
