Flowcraftpro

Flowcraftpro, under the name Passion4Tech, was engaged by a product design company to optimize their sales process. The company, which designs and researches sustainable products for premium brands, needed a more structured sales process due to their long customer acquisition timeframe. Passion4Tech conducted an analysis of the existing sales process, then provided consulting and coaching to improve the process in all areas, from sales strategy to customer approach. Two specialists from Passion4Tech, an account manager and a sales specialist, worked closely with the client throughout the project.

In another project, Flowcraftpro was hired by Dexycon, a software company developing a framework for integrated SMB digitalization. The company needed to develop critical modules like loyalty cards, B2B and B2C templates for e-commerce shops, and digital warranty books. Passion4Tech provided a senior resource to build these modules. The team, consisting of a project manager and three developers with specific JavaScript framework skills, worked on the development process and project management, prioritizing work and creating a roadmap.

Flowcraftpro also worked with AMZ GENESIS, an Amazon and business consulting service, to improve their internal software. Passion4Tech developed several features for the company, including listing optimization, customer engagement, and product research. The team, which included a designer, two Angular developers, a PHP developer, a project manager, and a quality assurance specialist, drew up a step-by-step plan, provided suggestions and ideas, and kept the client updated throughout the development process. The client admired the team's professionalism and the results achieved.
