Passio was hired by a professor of Human Computer Interaction at UCL to develop a web-app for a research project. The goal of the app was to support users in focusing on their work and taking healthy breaks, while also collecting data usage statistics. Passio was selected for their commitment to developing accessible technology. The team at Passio guided the research team through defining key deliverables and understanding their work processes. The project involved a project manager, several developers, and a user experience designer from Passio.

The Co-operative College, a UK educational charity, commissioned Passio to develop an online beneficiary feedback prototype. The goal was to create a working model from the design phase that would be inclusive and accessible for neurodiverse UK project beneficiaries. Passio was selected for their professional expertise, previous experience with similar projects, and alignment with the College's values. The project involved the chief executive officer, the director of engineering, and the lead designer from Passio. The prototype was successfully created and made less onerous for College staff to use.

The Scottish Transitions Forum hired Passio to co-produce, co-design, and co-evaluate a web-based application intended to support young people with additional support needs transitioning from school into adult life. Passio was chosen for their focus on accessibility, enthusiasm, and ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups. The project is ongoing and includes mapping user journeys, visualizing information flow, and simplifying the transitions process. The entire Passio team is involved in the project, working with various user groups to ensure the app meets the needs of all stakeholders.
