Paradem Consulting

Paradem Consulting was engaged by a workplace platform to augment their engineering capabilities and further develop their product. The scope of the project involved re-architecting some of the client's processes on the engineering side and augmenting the engineering team to develop more products and achieve a faster time to market. The collaboration has been ongoing since the third quarter of 2017, with Kevin, the founder and developer at Paradem, serving as the main point of contact. The client has invested around $400,000 in 2018 alone. The end goal is to have multiple engineering teams on board and a process in place that can accommodate that.

In a long-term partnership with a digital consultation company, Paradem Consulting has provided custom software development services. One of their most recent projects involved building a data platform for storing and visualizing data, which users can access from both the back and frontend. The team at Paradem has also provided design and hosting services, although these are now usually outsourced to a third-party vendor. The partnership, which began in February 2014, has involved working with a team of 4-5 people from Paradem, including two backend engineers, a frontend engineer, a project manager, and a UX designer, with Kevin serving as the main point of contact. The client has invested around $200,000 in the partnership.

Paradem Consulting was hired by the Bahá'í Community of Canada to redesign their primary website and create two additional websites. The goal was to create three distinct sites united by common design features. The project began with several meetings to discuss the purpose of the site, the nature of the audience, and the desired engagement strategies. Paradem produced a series of wireframes and designs to guide the project. The collaboration has been highly collaborative, with the client suggesting ideas for web development and Paradem working closely with them to guide, direct, and realize these projects. The client's main contact at Paradem has been a User Experience Lead, but they have also worked with a Web Developer. The client has maintained an ongoing retainer with Paradem due to the excellent working relationship they have developed.
