Paper Leaf

Paper Leaf was engaged by CayCan Safety Consulting, a transportation compliance company, to develop a mobile application aimed at streamlining compliance processes. The application, designed for commercial transport drivers in Canada, guides them through legally required vehicle inspections and generates necessary paperwork. It also stores this documentation in an online database as per regulation. The client was assigned a dedicated project manager and the project has been ongoing since August 2019. The client has so far invested $120,000 in this project.

For a mental health organization, Paper Leaf developed five different websites, each with unique URLs, admins, and resources, but maintaining consistent branding and backend resources. The websites, built on WordPress, allow users to register for classes, receive reminders, cancel a class or join a waitlist. Each website also archives data after classes are completed. The project, which cost around $100,000, ran from March to August 2019.

Electricity HR Canada, a national nonprofit organization, hired Paper Leaf to develop custom software for an online training program. The team built a dedicated platform for mentorship, an online learning management system, and also took over the maintenance of the organization's websites and digital properties. The project, which started in September 2020, is ongoing with an investment of $150,000-$200,000 so far. Paper Leaf has also launched the initial mentorship platform and the online learning management system.
