Panorama Consulting Group

Panorama Consulting Group has successfully completed a project for an Occupational Safety Company. The company was looking to upgrade its outdated ERP software and improve operational efficiency. Panorama facilitated a business process mapping exercise and a future state business process design. This led to the development of functional requirements and demonstration scripts for ERP vendors. They also managed the vendors during the request for proposal process and served as facilitators during on-site meetings. The project began in late spring 2019 and is expected to be completed in late 2021.

In another project, Panorama Consulting Group worked with a Beef Processing Company looking to replace their old and highly customized ERP system. Panorama assisted with baseline requirement gathering and process mapping, which was used to drive an RFI and RFP process. They also helped with demo and contract negotiations with the new ERP provider. Currently, Panorama is assisting with change management and project auditing as the new system is implemented. The project started in June 2017 and is still ongoing.

Panorama Consulting Group was hired by a wholesaler to guide them through the ERP selection process. Initially, they mapped the company's various business processes and concluded that the company wasn't ready for a new ERP solution. After the company tightened up their business processes, Panorama helped finalize their business process maps and develop an RFP. They narrowed down the search to three vendors, leading to the selection of NetSuite. They also helped negotiate a 33% discount on NetSuite's services. The project started in January 2018 and was completed in August 2019.
