Panorama Consulting Group provided ERP consulting and business process mapping for a distribution company that supplies to jails and prisons. The client sought guidance in navigating the vast array of ERP solutions available. Panorama first mapped out the client's business processes and concluded that the company was not yet ready to integrate a new ERP solution. After the client tightened their business processes, Panorama finalized their business process maps and developed an RFP, narrowing down the search to three vendors. The client ultimately selected and negotiated a contract with NetSuite, securing a 33% discount on their services with Panorama's assistance.

For an organization in the occupational health and safety industry, Panorama Consulting Group provided ERP strategy consulting. The company was using an outdated ERP product and needed guidance in selecting a more suitable software. They also wanted to improve their operational efficiency. Panorama facilitated a current state business process mapping exercise and a future state business process design for the organization. This was used to develop a set of functional requirements and demonstration scripts for ERP vendors. Panorama managed the vendors during the request for proposal process and served as facilitators during on-site meetings. They are currently assisting with final vendor negotiations and implementation planning.
