Panedia was hired by Qantas Airlines, a company managing 68 airports nationwide, to develop a modern approach to human factors training for their employees. Over a period of twelve months, Panedia transformed the existing training into an interactive in-house module. They shot a staged event and created a 360-degree program for high-risk environment training. Furthermore, Panedia developed a stand-alone system that integrates with Qantas' internal training and learning development systems. The end product allowed users to interact with the airline's internal training tool simply by pressing a couple of buttons on their goggles. The project, which cost around $100,000, was successfully carried out over two years. The client was so satisfied that they are planning to start a new project with Panedia soon.
