Palma de Web was hired by an educational travel company to redesign their travel website and create a new website for their Summits product. The company chose Palma de Web due to their simple design process pitch and affordable pricing. The project initiated with the Summits website. After a few exercises and meetings for understanding the product and the company's vision, a draft was presented. However, the initial draft was not satisfactory, leading to a change in the lead designer. The second draft was more in line with the company's expectations and was subsequently launched. The project then moved on to the redesign of the travel website. Four members of Palma de Web's team were involved in the project, including a lead designer, an account lead, and two sales executives.
