Pahnke US has been providing full-service marketing for the global candy company, Storck, since January 2020. The company sought out Pahnke's expertise to establish and build their store brands and portfolio through creative and strategic marketing. Pahnke's services range from organic social media marketing, daily community management, account leadership to brand planning. They also assist in developing consumer insights and managing key campaigns such as holiday campaigns and three activations annually for the Merci brand. The collaboration involves a large team from Pahnke, including their President, Executive Creative Director, Brand Director, and Digital Strategist. Storck has invested over $1 million in this engagement, which continues to date.
In a separate project, Pahnke US has been providing digital and social media marketing for Werther’s Original, a brand under Storck. The engagement began in January 2020, with the goal to expand Werther's marketing presence during the fall of 2020 and tap into the baking trend sparked by the COVID-19 pandemic. Pahnke helped the brand broaden their media strategy from traditional TV-focused advertising to digital marketing and social media. They launched a successful baking campaign through Pinterest, dialed up their core and seasonal portfolios, and utilized new digital media including shopper-specific platforms such as Instacart. Pahnke also developed a program called "Golden Connections" aimed at driving human connection during the pandemic. The project cost Werther's Original between $400,000 and $500,000 and is still ongoing with a new TV campaign in development for 2021.
