P3 Mediaworks undertook a video production and messaging project for a Chicago-based national non-profit organization. The company was engaged to create strategic communication and branding content. After initially consulting to understand the client’s business goals and target audience, P3 Mediaworks' creative team devised strategies for the videos. Following a long-standing relationship with the client, the team was entrusted to independently handle projects and deliver as per the specifications. The engagement started in February 2010 and is still ongoing, with an approximate budget of $15,000 per project. The client found P3 Mediaworks through a Google search and was impressed with the company, leading to immediate hiring.

P3 Mediaworks was hired by Randstad US, an HR company, to create a video articulating their value in the manufacturing and logistics space. The company was chosen due to their high ratings, cost-effectiveness, and a referral. The P3 Mediaworks team, comprised of 2-5 employees, was tasked with creating a video with narration and music aimed at increasing the effectiveness of event sponsorships. The deliverables included a script & voiceover, style frames, footage with motion graphics, and three versions of the final output. The project aimed to generate three leads per hour of event time from manufacturing and logistics event attendees.
