They developed an online questionnaire and report to improve the company's efficiency and to offer a new service. The consulting company worked with two consultants from P-Tech on the design and building of the online questionnaire and report. For the IT support project, three consultants were engaged to handle the company's IT issues and improve their systems.
P-Tech was also hired by a Chamber of Commerce Organization to migrate their offline IT framework to Office 365. The goal was to make the organization completely cloud-based. The entire migration process, from installation and trial to after-sales support, was handled by P-Tech.
The company also provided remote managed services for a retail technology company, Retailetics. They were hired for helpdesk operation and IT support with a goal to cut costs and tap into the domain expertise of P-Tech. This task was accomplished by five helpdesk personnel and three technical support staff from P-Tech, who were recommended by a business associate in Singapore.
