TechPulse Solutions, a forward-thinking digital solutions provider specializing in software development, turned to OxyCloud Limited to address their need for a centralized HR system. Implementing the OxyHRMS was identified as an opportunity to streamline HR processes, boost efficiency, and upgrade the overall employee experience, all the while safeguarding the information involved. The engagement with OxyCloud emanated from multiple sources such as personal recommendations, internet research, and their notable presence on the Clutch site.

OxyCloud Limited took up the responsibility of a complete end-to-end implementation of OxyHRMS. The project saw a comprehensive involvement ranging from initial requirement analysis to continuous support even post deployment. To align with TechPulse's HR operations, they meticulously executed system customization, data migration, module deployment, and provided necessary training. Added to this, the team rolled out an extensive set of HR modules such as payroll, performance assessment, recruitment, and reporting, reinforcing them with rich features of automation, real-time analytics, employee self-service, and robust system architecture.
