Outright Development

Outright Development has been working with a large life science company for over eight years, providing significant technical development for their website. They were initially hired to extend the company's customer support portal with an e-commerce solution. The website, created using a LAMP stack and a Drupal CMS, is targeted towards users of products manufactured by a specific unit within the company. The website allows customers to register personal accounts and access support resources. One notable upgrade that Outright Development contributed to was an authentication service for verifying login credentials. The overall engagement has cost the company between $1 million and $5 million and is ongoing with several projects retained.

For ISA-eCash, a Massachusetts-based ATM service provider, Outright Development was tasked with creating a new product, QwikPic. This is a survey application for field workers servicing ATMs. Outright Development was responsible for end-to-end development, including the iOS interface, backend servers, and several websites for different customers. The platform allows supervisors to dispatch employees to specific machines and collect information and images, which are then uploaded to an AWS-hosted database. The project, which cost between $25,000 and $50,000, was completed in January 2018 and is currently in the beta testing phase.

Outright Development has also been working with a full-service advertising and marketing agency since 2011. The agency hired them to connect a client's complex inventory system and enterprise resource planning (ERP) with CMS using Drupal. Outright Development's role was to collect requirements, create a roadmap, and execute the plan. For a second project, they consolidated multiple international websites for a client in the tourism industry into one system on a Drupal CMS. They also assisted with content translation. The engagement is ongoing.
