Highlights from Recent Projects
Outboxers was hired by the SaaS company, Greenlight, to conduct comprehensive interviews to validate the usefulness of their HR product, Quest.gl, which uses AI technology to uncover candidate potential. Outboxers developed a methodology to guide the company's partners, stakeholders, and key audiences in giving their feedback. Following the interviews, the team identified ways to improve the original product by addressing every pain point that came up. The project team consisted of a project manager and several sociologists.
The largest broker pool in the Czech Republic, Broker Trust, engaged Outboxers to come up with a customer-centric finance product to boost their market share. Outboxers worked under the Human Centered Design (HCD) framework, conducting market research and interviews to gain insights into the needs and preferences of financial advisers and end customers. They then brainstormed creative ideas and selected the best few for prototyping. The project team was a mix of Outboxers staff and Broker Trust Product Department staff, enabling the latter to learn the HCD methodology.
Outboxers was tasked by one of the largest banks in the Czech Republic to build a prototype for a credit aggregator platform. The platform allows users to compare financial products from different banks to choose the most suitable loan provider. The project included a one-week long design sprint that resulted in an online solution which was tested with customers. The Outboxers team, consisting of a designer, coder, and market researcher, not only delivered the prototype but also gathered valuable customer feedback. The collaboration, which began in January 2018, is ongoing.
