OTJ Architects was contracted by Clutch.co, a ratings and reviews company, to create architectural designs for their new office space. The company was transitioning from their old office and required a fresh, functional design that would accommodate their current staff count and anticipated growth. OTJ Architects provided several mockups and floor plans, taking into consideration the square footage of the new location as well as the company's preference for office and cubicle spaces. The goal was to create a startup feel that would not be too distracting for staff. The project began in September 2019 and is still ongoing. The company has invested between $25,000 and $50,000 in the project so far. The main point of contact has been Samantha, an associate at OTJ Architects. The partnership was initiated through a referral.
