OTAVA® provided cloud management and IT services for a nonprofit organization that sponsors the Child and Adult Care Food Program. The organization required robust support for their internet, computers, and phones to ensure timely submission of reimbursement claims. OTAVA® set up a system to back up their data every night, moved their operations to the cloud, and promptly restored their data after two ransomware attacks. The company also set up and remotely configured the organization's wireless networks. OTAVA®'s efforts have been instrumental in keeping the organization up and running, and they continue to manage the organization's phones and IT technology needs.

OTAVA® assisted a Denver-based construction company with data center migration and hosting. The construction company was struggling with too many physical servers and regular power outages. OTAVA® conducted a question-and-answer session to understand the company's challenges and goals. They introduced the company to VMware, enabling them to scale their resources effectively. They also set up backups to facilitate easy migration of the company's full environment if needed. Currently, the construction company is moving towards OTAVA®'s data center to further mitigate their risks.

OTAVA® provided server management, IT support, and cybersecurity services for a nonprofit organization committed to providing accurate healthcare information. The nonprofit needed help managing their hardware and wanted end-to-end system care. OTAVA® ensured the stability and security of the infrastructure and the applications running on it. They remotely managed over 100 Windows and Linux servers, maintained the operating systems and storage, and supported their security efforts. They also supported the organization's remote workforce, ensuring their connectivity and equipment functionality.
