Currently, OST provides ongoing IT support, which includes managing hardware and software and resolving technical issues. The firm spends around $900 per month and has invested between $35,000 and $40,000 so far. The partnership began in January 2019 and is still ongoing.

OST has also provided IT services for a weekly newspaper company. The owner chose OST due to its local ownership and excellent reputation.
