Orchid Black

Orchid Black was hired by a Revenue Cycle Management Company, led by its CEO, to assess its operations and market opportunities. The team of 2-5 employees from Orchid Black used a variety of resources, including financials, documents, org charts, and process documents to evaluate the company's current state and potential for growth. They also conducted interviews with key team members and customers, and researched the competitive landscape. The project concluded with a Value Creation Assessment which provided a comprehensive overview of the company's situation and recommended next steps.

The second project involved a long-distance moving company, Moving Proz, which sought Orchid Black's expertise in financial forecasting and compensation packages. Orchid Black's team of 2-5 employees worked closely with the Moving Proz team to define and communicate job roles, goals, and pay structures for key sales and operational roles. They also implemented a financial budgeting/forecasting capability, which increased ownership confidence in the daily management of the business and ensured the proposed pay plans were financially feasible.

In the third project, Orchid Black was engaged by a healthcare company to help define their business idea and determine the next steps. The team from Orchid Black, consisting of 2-5 employees, worked closely with the healthcare company to explore, ideate, and align their business objectives. The project resulted in a clear business idea and a roadmap for the next steps in the company's strategic plan.
