After conducting a discovery workshop with the company, Orchid developed a “brand compass” that encapsulated the company's purpose, positioning, personality, values, and brand essence. This provided the necessary direction to bring the brand to life. Orchid then proposed various brand identity options, including logos, typeface, colour palette, and visual brand elements. These were presented across different touchpoints, helping Constantia Mortgages visualize their new identity. Once a preferred route was chosen, Orchid created and shared a brand guidelines document for both internal and external use.
