Orases

Orases was hired by a nonprofit mentoring organization to develop a new system for managing their country-wide mentoring volunteer system. The project involved a complete redo of requirements, the redevelopment of the system, testing, training, and launch plans. The team at Orases, consisting of 2-5 employees, was chosen due to their great culture fit and alignment with the organization's values. The project resulted in a successful launch and a continued support management contract for further improvements and enhancements. The client was pleased with Orases' work and is currently in discussions to plan phase 2 of the volunteering system.

Orases completed a cloud migration project for Community Playthings, a manufacturer of high-quality furniture for child care centers. The project aimed to replace legacy software, improve business efficiency, and increase manufacturing flexibility. Orases was selected due to their proximity and alignment with the company's values. The team of 6-10 employees replaced legacy client-server systems with modern, cloud-based, custom solutions delivered through Microsoft Azure and provided better tools for supply chain management and manufacturing. The client was satisfied with the results and the efficiency of the new system.

Orases was employed by Wireless ATM Store Inc., an IoT reseller, to build an interactive device management platform and enhance their existing e-commerce website. The project required a custom software platform and database for over 80,000 cellular devices assigned to over 1,200 unique clients. The platform needed extensive API integration with the carriers' platforms and the devices themselves. The project resulted in a successful launch in July 2023, and the client continues to test and release new features to the portal with the support of Orases. The client was impressed with the flexibility and functionality of the new system.
