Optiveum

Optiveum was hired by Magma Math, a digital math platform for K-12, with the objective of hiring developers and starting a new tech team in Warsaw. Optiveum was chosen for their high ratings, great culture fit, good value for cost, and company values alignment. The team of 2-5 employees was responsible for setting up a new tech department, finding and hiring excellent talent, creating employee contracts, establishing an office, setting up a new company, and handling accounting and legal aspects. The project was successful and met the client's expectations.

The software company, QUERTUM PL, engaged Optiveum for recruiting services to find skilled individuals for their .NET development team. Optiveum was chosen based on their high ratings, culture fit, value for cost, and a referral. The team of 2-5 employees faced a challenge in finding highly skilled employees within a limited time due to the complexity of the project. However, Optiveum successfully met this challenge, enabling the project to start on schedule.

SodaStream, a home carbonation manufacturer, hired Optiveum for HR consulting and recruiting services to establish shared services and offshore capabilities. Optiveum helped shape and refine the company's requirements, budget, and overall spending. They conducted headhunting based on specific job descriptions, conducted initial screenings and interviews, and provided consulting services. The team of about 20 employees from Optiveum included system analysts, developers, QA engineers, BI analysts, and data engineers. The partnership, which started in September 2018, continues with SodaStream, demonstrating the client's satisfaction with Optiveum's services.
