OptimIT

OptimIT partnered with Login to develop a Cloud document management system for integration with the Cloud ERP system. The goal was to offer a seamlessly integrated product package. After a kick-off meeting, a team of up to 10 members from OptimIT delivered feature lists, mock-ups, and wireframes for the DMS solution. After months of development and testing, a beta version was released, followed by a production version. The team at Login chose OptimIT based on recommendations and their ability to offer an out-of-the-box application while providing professional maintenance and support.

OptimIT was hired by A1 Hrvatska d.o.o. to move their Webshop onto a new platform, Intershop 7, from the existing Intershop Enfinity 6.4 platform. The goal was to fully automate the complete online user journey of all purchasing flows regarding customer contracts. OptimIT was involved from the start to the end of the project, participating in the design phase, project planning, working on new user journeys, restructuring backend services, and developing the new Webshop. A team of 4-6 people from OptimIT worked on the project, providing a “turn-key” solution for the whole project.

A1 Makedonija selected OptimIT to develop an eCommerce platform to automate the online sales process. The aim was to create a future-proof e-commerce solution, grow the digital channel share, and improve the online customer experience. OptimIT took active participation in the project initiation, planning, and execution, integrating the Intershop Commerce Management B2C and all necessary technologies for the solution. A team of 4-6 professionals from OptimIT, including a Project Manager, Business Analyst, System Architect, and several Senior Software Developers, worked on the project. The decision to choose OptimIT was based on their strong knowledge of the telecommunications business, their agile approach, commitment, and commercial offer.
