The company lacked in-house resources to develop functionalities for their Dynamic CRM used heavily in their sales process. Optimal Logics stepped in to fill this gap, operating on a Scrum model with development sprints every three weeks. They continued the work done by previous developers, delivering completed code for review and deploying functionalities to test environments. The team consisted of two developers, Nauman, the CEO and Co-Founder, and Rameez, the Co-Founder.
