OpsZero was hired by an insurance technology company to design and build their early infrastructure and future components to aid scalability. The company chose OpsZero after a strong recommendation from a trusted friend who praised the skills of Abhi, a dev ops engineer at OpsZero. The project involved running a Django system alongside another lambda project, with a focus on scalability. OpsZero provided several potential solutions, outlining their respective benefits and drawbacks, and addressed complex challenges such as migrations, test environments, and secure connections. The project was executed on time, despite an increase in scope, and involved regular check-ins to maintain transparency. The team from OpsZero consisted of two members, Abhi and another dev ops engineer.
