OPSinnovate

OPSinnovate was hired by Mavens Consulting to develop a TYPO3 CMS-based solution with a modular and multilingual content structure. The project also required the implementation of role-based access management, the creation of a client login area for document exchange, and the building of a custom extension for team and case study publishing. OPSinnovate was chosen for this project due to their competitive pricing, cultural fit, and good value for cost. The OPSinnovate team, consisting of 2-5 employees, successfully built a platform that was professional, maintainable, and easily updatable. The platform was designed to support content in multiple languages, and it ensured GDPR compliance. They also implemented access controls for secure and appropriate access, created a dedicated area for clients to exchange documents, and developed a bespoke extension for team profiles and case study publishing. The project was managed and coordinated efficiently, with the team utilizing GitLab CI/CD for version control and a clear staging pipeline. The project was successful in enhancing operational efficiency and client interaction, and it was praised for its quality and transparency.
