Opinest was hired by DR s.r.o., a high-fashion leather goods manufacturer, to help achieve a €4M annual turnover, stabilize the Slovak market, grow the Czech market, and prepare for Q4 with sufficient product stock. The company also aimed to double its revenue within two years and build a self-financed, profitable fashion brand ready for EU expansion. Opinest conducted an operational audit that identified time and process losses in the order-production-shipping chain and determined steps to eliminate them. They introduced a structure for measuring process performance and designed an inventory management and demand forecasting model. Opinest also defined a roadmap for digitization and automation, including the interconnection of various systems and the construction of a Control Tower dashboard. The audit was seen as a strategic investment that laid the foundation for long-term improvement and streamlining of operations. The CFO of DR s.r.o. reported that they are already using the outputs in planning implementation steps and internal KPI reports.
