The IDRC chose OPIN from a list of approved providers to build these websites based on a set of requirements provided by the IDRC. The OPIN team, comprising of a project manager, developers, and a CSS specialist, utilized Drupal to maintain continuity across all websites. The project started in January 2017 and is still ongoing. OPIN's approach included testing and gathering feedback from the program people to refine and finalize each website. The engagement has resulted in several successful projects, with each program now having its own independent website.
